We have the only Manual Therapy Certified Therapist in the region, and are trained to treat any movement limitation or pain.

Dr. Dawn Muller, PT, MTC, DPT, Cert. DN
Dawn opened Thrive Physical Therapy and Fitness, LLC. in 2008 with a desire to treat patients in a one-on-one environment with expert care and a personal touch.
Dawn graduated from the Medical College of Georgia, did graduate work at Georgia State, and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Dawn is the only physical therapist in the region who is a Certified Manual Therapist (MTC) and one of the only Women's Health Specialists in southeast Georgia and North Florida. Dawn has treated collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes, as well as, professional dancers.
Dawn lives with her husband and two college-aged sons. She enjoys reading, cooking, and working out.
Dr. Brandon Alkire, PT, DPT, CSCS
Brandon graduated from Florida A&M University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2016 after earning his B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2003. Brandon’s background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and 13 years as a personal trainer brings with it an understanding of what it takes to get you performing again either at the job, on the field, or with your family.
Brandon lives in Tallahassee with his wife and 3 daughters. In his spare time, Brandon teaches Capoeira (a martial art from Brazil), enjoys running Tough Mudders and reading.
Michael Johnson, PT, DPT
Michael graduated from Florida A&M University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science at the University of West Florida in 2013. He is currently residing in Thomas County and is the newest member of the Thrive tea. He made a decision to pursue a doctoral degree in physical therapy after being inspired by a physical therapist who helped him recover from a baseball injury in high school. Helping people return to doing what they love is what drives him to become a better therapist.
Apart from physical therapy, Michael enjoys playing sports, snowboarding, learning and playing the piano/guitar/drums, and mixing music on his computer.
Tabatha Rewis, Office Manager
Tabatha joined Thrive in 2015 and brings experience in customer service and organization. She enjoys meeting and getting to know all of our patients before their meetings with the therapist. She knows the ins and outs of all the behind the scenes administration to make your care seamless and efficient.
Tabatha lives in Ochlocknee, where she and her husband pastor The Bridge Church of God. They have one son who is 14-going-on-30. The Rewis family enjoys playing and singing music together, as well as volunteering with different service organizations in the Thomas County area.
Gerry is the friendly staff member who will escort you to your treatment. She also works in our back office making sure that all of the behind the scenes items are completed. We are fortunate to have her experience. Gerry is also the voice on your call reminders.
Originally from Canada, Gerry has lived in Thomasville the past 20+ years with her husband where she likes to cook and stay busy.
Melissa joined Thrive in 2015 and provides administrative support across the organization. She is your first point of contact and works to efficiently schedule appointments that fit your lifestyle.
Melissa lives in Coolidge with her husband and five fur-babies. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and being outdoors, especially at the beach.
